A New Pet

Here is a break in the info about our Chicago trip, this morning before church Jason saw a Mama Duck and about 10 ducklings outside the church. A little while later he heard alot of chirping going on and found one stray little duckling in one of the house window wells. We decided to leave it there until after church and then I was going to rescue him and make him mine! I, of course, took all the kids over to the duckling before church and they went right out after and could not find the little guy! He had some how gotten out of a 2 1/2 foot well all by himself. The did discover either the same, very unfortunate, one or another one in another window well. We now have him in a box and will be taking care of the little guy.

Pictures later, my batteries in my camera were dead and didn't have the extra ones charged...silly me!
